Meet your trainer

My name is Kennedy Townsend and I've been obsessed with having a better body image since I was 14 years old. I struggled for years, even when I had a 6 pack and 13% body fat. There came a point that I was so tired of looking in the mirror and not loving what was looking back at me. So I changed my mindset and my life evolved beyond what I could comprehend. I did that by changing my mindset from aesthetics to performance and movement.

I in turn started to move my body because it felt good and the gym became a reward instead of a punishment. From here, I really looked at things differently. I started to smash performance goals in the gym i.e. 200 lb deadlift, under 1 hour in 10ks, etc. which led me to see my body as a home that worked with me, instead of against. I realized that I had to be with me all day everyday, 24/7 and I was ready to embrace this fabulous human being that I was/am.

I graduated with my bachelors in Exercise and Sports Science. I went through so many trial and errors and when I figured out the secret sauce, I wanted to give back and help ambitious human beings bypass all the things I went through and give the blueprint for helping them achieve their greatest selves.

I've taken clients from squatting 5 lbs to leg pressing over 200. From a 14 minute mile to crushing 5ks under 30 minutes. From 33% body fat to 22%. But most importantly all of my clients have changed the way they look at themselves. They are now more mentally stronger, give themselves grace and focus on what their bodies are capable of.
